Affiliate Program
Affiliate Agreement
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the mimineko affiliate program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to the affiliate applicant. "mimineko" is mimineko design house, the party whom the Affiliate is entering this agreement with. By applying to the mimineko affiliate program, you are confirming that you have read and agree to these terms.
Commissions
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly-structured affiliate links. Properly coded links are the responsibility of the Affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the affiliate dashboard.
Affiliates will continue to accumulate lifetime commissions for each paid transaction by the customer for as long as the customer remains a paying customer.
Payment
Affiliates will receive payments in accordance with their percentage commission weekly. Payments will be sent to the Affiliate via Paypal. Processing of payments can take up to 30 days from the request date.
Refunds
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
Refer-A-Friend Bonus
If the Affiliate refers a friend ("Referral") to the mimineko affiliate program, the Affiliate will earn a one-time bonus payment of $150.
For the Affiliate to receive the bonus, the Referral must:
(1) be screened and accepted into the mimineko affiliate program by Celestia,
(2) be a friend, family member, or close colleague of the Affiliate,
(3) be referred by the Affiliate to sign up via the mimineko Affiliate Sign-up Form, and
(4) generate a commission of at least $25 after joining the program.
Payments from refer-a-friend bonuses will be paid out directly to the Affiliate through Paypal when the Referral fulfills all of the above terms. As Affiliate Program slots are limited, please check in with Celestia before participating. ❤️
Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use the mimineko brand and marketing resources available on the affiliate dashboard or otherwise communicated to the Affiliate. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright, or any other rights to these materials.
The Affiliate will not:
(1) imply that they are acting on behalf of mimineko,
(2) engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email or spam, mentioning or referencing mimineko,
(3) engage in any conduct that constitutes fraud or providing a link designed to mislead a customer,
(4) use external coupon or deals sites,
(5) bid on any search engine keywords or pay-per-click advertising that uses any mimineko brand terms, or variations and misspellings, and/or
(6) purchase a domain name that uses any mimineko trademarks, or variations and misspellings.
Term and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from mimineko will be paid for future customer transactions.
If mimineko chooses to terminate the agreement, any remaining balances will be paid to the affiliate within 60 days of termination.
Governing Law & Arbitration
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of California. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Modification
mimineko may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.
