Shipping & Returns
Thank you for supporting independent designers and small businesses! We have created a shipping process that is as you-friendly as possible.
DOMESTIC USA: We are proud to offer free shipping for all orders over $25 shipped within the continental USA (including P.O. boxes). For those living in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, a small shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL: We are currently offering Standard shipping options to Canada and the EU, and are working on bettering our global distribution system to include other countries. We currently ship all items out of our design studio in California. The exact available shipping options for your country will be presented during checkout.
Thanks for your patience! We are run by one person (Celestia) and she's currently working hard to complete a master's degree, so ship times will be a bit extended for the 2024 year. All orders are packaged with care in sunny California, and shipped directly to you within 5 business days of your order confirmation.
DOMESTIC USA: Most packages will arrive in 3-5 days from the ship date. Please note packages can take up to 3 weeks if subject to USPS carrier delays.
INTERNATIONAL: Most international orders arrive within 3-4 weeks of the ship date. Please allow up to 8 weeks in case of customs issues or carrier delays. Customs fees, if any, must be covered by the buyer.
PRE-ORDERS: Thank you for submitting a pre-order! We are in the middle of making a new batch of your item as we speak, and will be doing our best to get it to you ASAP. Please allow up to 12 weeks for your pre-order to arrive.
If you decide that your new mimineko cat ears aren't for you, you can return or exchange them any time within 45 days of your purchase. Reach out to us at support@mimineko.co and we’ll take care of the rest.
A tracking number will be sent to your email soon after your items ship. We are usually able to ship packages out within 48 hours of purchase. Our emails can sometimes end up in spam, so please double-check your spam folder to ensure we aren't in there!
Our goal is to bring mimineko designs to the whole world! We currently ship only to Canada and the EU, and are currently working on bettering our global distribution system to include more countries. Certain international orders may come at higher shipping costs as we ship all orders by hand out of our design studio in California. Your country's shipping options will be available at checkout. Please note that any customs fees, duties, or taxes must be paid by the buyer.
Orders & Payment
Once you've placed your order, we'll send you a confirmation email with your order number and overall details. Your order will be shipped out within 48 hours of receipt, and you'll receive a notice of shipment, followed by a tracking number. We recommend creating an account at checkout for easy lookup and storage of your order status and related info!
Our order numbers are four-digits long, and can be found on your original order confirmation email as well as any shipment emails. If you made an account, you can log in and find the number under your orders.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted. You should see a charge under the name: SP * MIMINEKO DESIGN.
We move super fast to get your order shipped out within 48 hours, which means that we aren’t able to cancel or make changes to an order once it’s been placed. If you realize that a mistake was made, we recommend that you place a new order for the items you prefer, and we can assist with a return of the original order.
Pre-orders are available for items that are currently out of stock, that we are currently making more of and expect to have stock of soon. When a pre-order is placed, we set your order in motion to be sent out as soon as the new batch of items is completed. This can take up to 4-6 weeks from the order date, but know that you will be first in line when we do finish making the next batch.
Products
Most likely! Our cat ears are designed to fit PC gaming headsets of all sorts, and fit best on headset bands that are between 92mm and 108mm measured all the way around. As our cat ears were created specifically for PC gaming headsets, please ensure that your console gaming headset is the correct band size before purchase. Here's a list of popular headsets that we've tried and tested our cat ears on for a guaranteed fit:

We don't yet have sizes to fit headphones with thinner bands, but we're working on it! We will be releasing additional sizes to fit thinner headphone bands in the near future, so be sure to subscribe to our mailing list and follow our Instagram (@mimineko.co) to keep an eye out for new releases.
All our cat ears are extremely easy to attach and detach! Simply wrap the silicone strap around the band of your headset, insert the strap into the back cavern of the ear, and repeat for the other ear. All our cat ears are shipped with an instruction card with photo illustrations, to boot! You can put them on and take them off of your headset an infinite amount of times, switching colors to fit your mood.

Yes! All of our designs are made with vegan materials and sold with sustainable practice in mind. We are committed to sustainable practice at every level of production, meaning we don’t work with any manufacturers that don’t also uphold sustainability as a core value. We are currently working toward eliminating plastics and non-recyclable waste from every area of our operation.
Thank you for caring for your cat ears! Over time, it is normal for your cat ears to accumulate a bit of dust on the surface. The surface can be cleaned by running your cat ears under cold water and scrubbing gently with a microfiber cloth. Alternatively, we highly recommend our favorite in-house method, dabbing away at the dust with some plain ol' duct tape.
Gift Cards
Yes! Digital gift cards can be purchased via our Shop. Both options are available in denominations from $25 to $500 USD, and are redeemable online.
All gift cards are final sale, and not able to be returned.
You cannot reload a gift card. We recommend purchasing another gift card if you would like to give the gift of mimineko again!
Please be sure to keep your code somewhere safe, as we are unable to trace or refund gift cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
Our gift cards are redeemable at checkout on mimineko.co! Enter the gift card code when prompted during payment, and you'll be good to go.
Corporate Gifting

As an independent design brand, we make and sell all our creations ourselves, which gives us the ability to craft high-quality items at lower prices. We typically don’t offer sales or discounts, however, pricing for bulk orders is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please fill out our inquiry form to start the conversation!
Our corporate gifting team can assist with orders of 35 or more items. If you would like to place an order of less than 35 items, please do so directly through our website.
We offer free USPS standard shipping on all orders shipping to the continental US. We are able to ship your full order to one location, or accommodate bulk shipments to multiple locations free of charge. If you have deliveries outside of the continental US or an expedited timeline, our team is happy to work with you on feasibility once we know more about the details.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of items that were purchased as a corporate gift.
