Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting independent designers and small businesses. We have done our best to create a shipping and return process that is as you-friendly as possible!

DOMESTIC USA:

We are proud to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders shipped within the continental USA (including P.O. boxes). For those living in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, a small shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped within 48 hours out of our design studio in California. 

Most packages will arrive in 2-5 business days from the ship date. Please note packages can take up to 10 business days if subject to carrier delays.

INTERNATIONAL:

We are currently offering Standard shipping options to most countries. The exact available shipping options for your country will be presented during checkout. All orders are shipped within 48 hours out of our design studio in California. 

Most international orders arrive within 7-10 business days of the ship date. Please allow up to 24 business days in case of customs issues or carrier delays. Customs fees, if any, must be covered by the buyer.

PRE-ORDERS:

Thank you for placing a pre-order! Your product will be shipped out as soon as it is back in stock. We expect to be able to deliver your pre-order 6-8 weeks from the order date, and will be doing everything in our power to speed it up until then. Cheers!
